
Members of BTS, Jin and RM, expressed their gratitude ahead of the group’s highly anticipated full-group comeback.
On March 19, Jin took to the global fan platform Weverse to share a message with fans. “The comeback is just one day away. Thanks to the support of many people, we will be holding our comeback show at Gwanghwamun,” he wrote.

Jin highlighted the symbolic significance of Gwanghwamun, adding, “It’s an honor to greet everyone in such a meaningful place. I sincerely thank everyone who has supported and understood us.” He also addressed ARMY, BTS’s fandom, promising a memorable performance. “We will do our best to present a great stage,” he said, while encouraging fans to prioritize safety during the event.
RM echoed Jin’s sentiments, sharing his excitement about meeting fans at Gwanghwamun. “We’re truly thrilled to see you there,” he said. “As many people will gather, we ask everyone to enjoy the performance safely.”
He further emphasized the importance of cooperation and order, urging fans to follow safety staff instructions. “We hope to see a respectful and orderly crowd. A great performance is made possible through consideration and mutual respect,” he added. RM also extended thanks to those working behind the scenes, including police officers, firefighters, government agencies, and local authorities.
BTS is set to release their fifth full-length album, Arirang (ARIRANG), on March 20, marking their first full-group comeback in three years and nine months. The album explores universal emotions such as identity and longing.
The following day, on March 21, the group will host BTS Comeback Live: Arirang (ARIRANG) near Gwanghwamun in Seoul, where they will unveil performances of their new songs for the first time.
The event will be broadcast live worldwide via Netflix. In addition, a documentary film titled BTS: The Return is scheduled for release on March 27, capturing the journey behind their comeback.
