BTS member j-hope’s latest collaboration single with J. Cole reached No. 1 in various countries worldwide!
Shortly after its global release, j-hope’s new digital single “On the Street“, a collaboration with J. Cole, immediately entered iTunes charts in various countries across the globe. First, “On the Street” debuted straight at No. 1 on both the worldwide and European iTunes song charts.
In addition, the song hit No. 1 on iTunes’ top song chart in a total of 84 countries, including Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, France, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the U.S., Vietnam, and more.
A lo-fi hip-hop genre combining a soothing melody with J. Cole’s signature, groovy rap, “On the Street” is meant to be a special gift to fans and music listeners as j-hope prepares to begin his mandatory military service in the coming months. The BTS member participated in both composing and writing the lyrics for the track.
