BTS members RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are set to enlist together in mid-December for their mandatory service.
On November 29 KST, it was reported that RM and V will enter a training center together on December 11 KST. Jimin and Jungkook will follow, entering the same recruit training center together on December 12, the following day.
Once they complete their training and are deployed to their respective units, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook will serve as active-duty soldiers in the Army for a duration of 18 months.

Meanwhile, the other BTS members, Jin, j-hope, and SUGA, are currently in the process of fulfilling their mandatory service obligations. Jin, the eldest member of BTS, enlisted in December 2021, and j-hope enlisted last April. SUGA has been performing alternative military service as a social worker since last September. Jin is scheduled to be discharged in June next year.
