On September 24, a workout video featuring BTS members was uploaded to the YouTube channel of bodybuilder and YouTuber Ma Sun Ho.
Ma, known from ‘Physical: 100′ Season 1, explained, “I came to train for a two-week schedule. The BTS juniors are working in LA, so I came to guide their workouts as a trainer.” The video captured the members sweating it out together in the gym, cheering and supporting one another.
Ma Sun Ho was particularly impressed when V lifted dumbbells, saying, “Wow, look at that movement. Well done. Now I don’t even need to come,” and complimented him further by noting, “His jawline is coming out really well.”
Jungkook was also spotted working out shirtless with a beanie on, adding to the lively atmosphere. The members joked around, commenting, “Looking good” and “What are you doing now?” While guiding the members through ab exercises, Ma encouraged them directly whenever their form faltered, repeatedly saying, “Fighting!”
On the third day, Jungkook skipped the session due to sore shoulders, leaving V and RM to continue exercising. V humorously commented, “Jungkook is pretending to be sick, so it’s just Namjoon (RM) and me filming the YouTube video,” sparking laughter.
After the workout, Ma Sun Ho shared, “The members have been training hard since the morning. Jungkook usually doesn’t rest, but today he took a break for tomorrow.”
BTS, who recently concluded their military hiatus, plans to release a full-group album next spring. Since July, the group has been in the United States focusing on music production and performance preparations.
