According to the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ), BTS’s “Permission To Dance” has obtained a triple platinum certification. This song, released in 2021, has been played over 300 million times.
This is the group’s third triple platinum work after “Dynamite” and “Butter.” This exciting and fun dance-pop song also ranked first on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart in July 2021.
