BTS members RM and V have officially completed their military service, marking a major milestone in the group’s long-awaited full reunion.
On June 10, approximately 1,500 fans gathered near HYBE headquarters in Yongsan, Seoul, to celebrate their return.
Fans from Japan, China, the United States, and other countries held banners and signs, expressing their excitement. The streets were filled with purple outfits, BTS-themed decorations, and trucks displaying congratulatory messages on electronic billboards.

RM and V enlisted in December 2023, serving in the 15th Infantry Division’s military band and the 2nd Corps Military Police Special Mission Unit, respectively. Their discharge event in Chuncheon also drew a crowd of 200 international fans, eager to welcome them back.
With RM and V now discharged, Jimin and Jungkook are set to complete their service on June 11, followed by Suga on June 21. Jin and J-Hope, who were discharged last year, have already resumed solo activities. As BTS prepares for their full-group comeback, HYBE’s stock price surged to 310,000 KRW, hitting a 52-week high.

HYBE headquarters displayed a “WE ARE BACK” banner on its exterior, celebrating the group’s return. The sign will remain until June 29, coinciding with BTS’s 12th debut anniversary on June 13.
