BTS, the South Korean phenomenon, has taken the global music industry by storm with their electrifying performances, catchy tunes, and meaningful lyrics.
This year, the septet has made history as individual artists.
In addition to achieving groundbreaking success as a collective, the members of BTS have also made incredible strides as solo artists. One outstanding accomplishment distinguishing BTS from other acts is their remarkable ability to place each member on the prestigious US Billboard Hot 100 chart as individual performers.
Following the news of their group activities hiatus, each member ventured into their solo music careers as they released individual music. Starting with Jin, all the members released their solo singles or mini-albums.
On Billboard’s HOT 100 chart, Jin‘s “Astronaut” peaked at number 51, RM‘s “Wild Flower” at 83, J-Hope‘s “On the Street” at 60, and SUGA‘s “Haegeum” at 58. Jimin‘s “Like Crazy” and Jungkook‘s “Seven” topped the chart at number 1. Now V has debuted at 96 on Billboard’s most coveted chart at rank 96 with “Love Me Again.”
