The month of June has been filled with lots of fun activities as BTS celebrates their 10th debut anniversary as a group.
Ten years ago, Kim Taehyung, aka V, was revealed as BTS’s only hidden member, their secret weapon. Today, he is a global icon and one of the most popular artists in the world.
To celebrate Taehyung’s tenth year as a member of BTS, several of his fan clubs organized support projects that added to the festive atmosphere in Seoul.
- GALLERY EXHIBITION
‘NUNA V,’ the largest K-pop fan page with 2.2 million followers on Twitter, held a gallery exhibition featuring Taehyung’s photos from the past few years.
The exhibition’s set was inspired by Taehyung’s photo folio “Veautiful Days,” which reimagines the romantic life of a 19th-century British gentleman.

- DECORATED BUSES
‘Baidu V Bar,’ Taehyung’s Chinese fan club, decorated large buses with Taehyung’s image and congratulatory messages. These buses were seen in the bustling areas of Seoul.
- NEWSPAPER AD
‘V INSIDE‘ and ‘KTH Supporters‘ published a full-page advertisement on “Ilgan Sports” newspaper, congratulating Taehyung on his 10th debut anniversary.
- LED SCREENS
Several fan clubs organized advertising screens displaying videos of Taehyung at the train station and several large stores in Seoul.
To return fans’ love, Taehyung has prepared a gift of his own for BTS’s “FESTA” celebration by releasing “Le Jazz de V,” his own jazz live performance.
In the video, Taehyung delivers his heartwarming renditions of the classic hits “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas” and Fred Astaire’s “Cheek to Cheek.”
