Well, V’s recent activities has cemented just how much V has grown and matured over the years. During the past few days, ELLE Korea was teasing V’s appearance on their publication and announced that the idol would be appearing on the cover.

On March 16, ELLE Korea finally released the publications’ covers and broke the internet after the announcement. As expected, V looked absolutely flawless in all the photos, showcasing his sexy and sultry visuals in a minimalistic concept that allowed his handsomeness to shine.

One of the covers particularly caught the attention of fans as it truly showcased V’s transformation over the years. On the cover, V was wearing a diamonte and tasseled denim jacket over a white t-shirt. With his hair floppy, the main point of the photo was the cuts and bruises to fit a “Hollywood Movie” vibe.

The reason it stood out for ARMYs was that the look was very similar to what 21-year-old V wore for the Japanese version of the “Blood, Sweat & Tears” music video. Back when the video was filmed, V also wore a denim jacket over a white t-shirt with similar bruises to portray the message of the video.
