BTS members Jin and J-Hope have once again proven their unmatched global star power, selling out solo concerts in different parts of the world at the same time.
First, Jin set another milestone with his first solo dome concert in Osaka, Japan, as a part of his ‘RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR.’ The concert in Osaka took place from July 12 to 13, and the entire venue was filled, including the restricted view sections in the uppermost tiers. Jin’s two-day solo concert amassed 130,000 attendees.
On the other hand, J-Hope also made a triumphant return to the Lollapalooza stage, headlining the music festival in Berlin. J-Hope also sold out 70,000 tickets, taking over the Olympiastadion on July 13.
Korean netizens were impressed with the two idols’ solo concert ticketing power and gathered in a popular online community to share their excitement. They commented:
