BTS member Jungkook continues to shine globally, recently achieving his ninth solo song to surpass 200 million streams on Spotify.
His self-composed digital single “Never Let Go”, released in 2024, recently exceeded 200 million filtered streams on Spotify.
With this, Jungkook now has nine solo songs under his personal Spotify profile that have surpassed the 200 million mark, including “Seven,” “Standing Next to You,” “Left and Right,” “3D,” “Dreamers,” “Stay Alive,” “Still With You,” “Yes or No,” and “Never Let Go.”
Adding in BTS album solo tracks like “Euphoria” and “My Time,” Jungkook boasts a total of 11 songs that have each reached over 200 million streams, solidifying his status as a streaming powerhouse.
Despite being a fan-dedicated song, “Never Let Go” set a record by achieving 34.78 million streams in its first week, making it the highest debut week streaming total for any K-pop artist’s song in 2024 on Spotify.
The track also had a strong global chart performance. It debuted at #12 on Billboard Global Excl. U.S. and #20 on the Billboard Global 200. In the UK, it landed at #60 on the UK Official Singles Chart Top 100, #3 on the Singles Sales Chart, and topped the Singles Download Chart at #1, showcasing Jungkook’s immense digital power.

Jungkook now has five songs with over 500 million streams on Spotify. He is also the first Asian solo artist in history to have three songs surpass 1 billion streams, and the first K-pop soloist to achieve 20 songs with over 100 million streams each.
So far in 2024, Jungkook’s Spotify profile alone has gained over 1 billion streams, and across all song credits, he has become the first K-pop soloist and fastest Asian artist to surpass 9 billion cumulative streams, an incredible feat that reaffirms his global dominance in the streaming era.
