BTS’s producer Pdogg (Kang Hyowon) and weathercaster Kim Gayoung have fallen into a romantic relationship.
According to a report by SpotvNews on the 13th, Pdogg and Kim Gayoung are currently dating.
The couple has been nurturing their beautiful relationship by openly enjoying dates without concern for public scrutiny. Notably, they are in a serious relationship, introducing each other as partners to their acquaintances.
Kim Gayoung shared her struggles with dating due to her job during her appearance on the MBC entertainment program ‘Radio Star‘ in 2021. She mentioned, “After doing morning broadcasts for two years, I have to sleep by 10 PM. Even if we eat dinner together, I get tired by 7 PM. It makes dating difficult.” Despite these challenges, she has overcome them and is cultivating a beautiful love with Pdogg.
Pdogg is a renowned producer, often referred to as the father of BTS’s music. He is considered by BTS members as the ‘8th member‘ and ‘the root and foundation‘ of the group. He has produced numerous BTS hit songs including ‘Fire‘, ‘Fake Love‘, ‘Blood Sweat & Tears‘, ‘ON‘, ‘DNA‘, ‘Spring Day‘ and more.
Pdogg has topped the copyright royalty list for five consecutive years, winning the grand prize in the popular lyricist and composer category at the KOMCA Copyright Awards held by the Korea Music Copyright Association. He is known to earn billions of won in copyright royalties annually and was nominated as a candidate for the Taxpayer’s Day award in 2020, gaining recognition as a diligent taxpayer.
Kim Gayoung began her career as a weathercaster with OBS in 2015 and has been active as an MBC weathercaster since 2018. Recently, she has been making significant strides as a broadcaster through programs such as ‘Life Reblooms‘, ‘Healthy Debate Room‘, ‘Apocalypse: Earth Defense Force of Chaos‘, and ‘Kick a Goal‘.
