BTS’s RM has just issued an apology for his viral live broadcast from last week.
On December 8, RM made a new post on WeVerse addressing his now-controversial livestream from a few days ago. RM posted a photo of himself giving a heart to fans, and shared his thoughts on recent events.

In particular, he apologized for his livestream 2 days ago, which quickly became controversial due to RM discussing the struggles he and the rest of BTS have faced over the past few years – including considering disbandment multiple times. While many fans appreciated RM’s honesty and transparency, others began criticizing his candid statements as “disrespectful” to fans.
RM apologized to fans in his new post, saying he was frustrated at the time of the livestream and now regrets turning it on. He also updates fans on his recent activities.
“I think I may have made a lot of ARMYs feel tired with the livestream two days ago. I’m really sorry. I got so many messages about it from people who were worried about me. I regret turning it on now, but at the time, I was just feeling frustrated. I’m sorry ㅠ Please look at me kindly, just a little. I’ll focus on making music, practicing choreography, thinking of new content, and sleeping well, and I’ll just live like that.
I’m going to take my driving test soon. Yesterday I put on the sticker for driving practice, and drove through all 4 practice courses. It was scary (but I didn’t crash).
And yesterday I watched the movie ‘The Color of Pomegranates’. Also, my home interior is finally finished, so soon I’ll be moving back home after half a year. I’ll show it to you later after everything is fully decorated.
I took out the mold to make a snow duck, but everything melted. It’s so cold, so please dress warmly and don’t catch a cold.
That’s all for now!”
