After endless whispers and chatter among ARMYs and netizens alike, BTS‘s beloved leader, RM, finally put an end to the speculations surrounding his military enlistment. The surprise? He chose the grand stage of Suga‘s D-DAY tour in Seoul for his big reveal.
As the lights dimmed and the audience hushed, a familiar silhouette took the stage. It was none other than RM. The surprise guest appearance elicited deafening screams of delight from the audience. As the excitement settled down after his performance with Suga, RM began to share his thoughts, clearly aware of the burning questions on everyone’s mind.

Noting the special occasion, RM started with praise toward his bandmate Suga and shared how happy he was to join the rapper on stage.

He wanted to address the rumors head-on, particularly those revolving around his fresh haircut, which many had taken as a signal for his imminent enlistment. “I wanted to talk about my hair,” RM playfully noted.
I’m getting a lot of calls related to my hairstyle. It doesn’t have anything to do with joining the army. Just know that I’m not enlisting anytime soon.

The leader then went on to explain that the reason behind his new haircut was simply the sweltering summer heat.
