BTS member V wants to wish everyone a “White Christmas” this year with a very special, cross-generation collaboration.
“White Christmas” is a classic American carol sung by Bing Crosby, first released in 1942. Now, it’s been recreated as a duet between Bing Crosby and V, accenting the soothing, jazzy voices of the two musicians. The duet version features the voice of Bing Crosby from a 1950 version of “White Christmas”, with V adding his voice to make it seem as if the two singers recorded the song in the same studio.
The animated MV for the duet features Bing Crosby delivering heartwarming Christmas gifts on Santa’s sleigh, accompanied V’s beloved dog Yeontan, who passed away earlier this week on December 2 KST. Watch it above.
