BTS’s V is giving his final updates on social media before enlisting in mandatory military service.
On December 7, V took to Instagram to upload a series of photos on Instagram story, giving an update on what he’s been doing before entering military training camp.
V shared photos of himself donning a short haircut, a photo of his pet dog Yeontan, along with photos taken with his acquaintances.
Netizens and fans were delighted to see V’s last moments before the military and particularly garnered their attention toward V’s short haircut.
They commented, “He’s so good-looking,” “The first photo is so crazy,” “He still looks good with short hair,” “I love these photos. So wholesome,” “He’s good-looking and cute at the same time,” “Thank you for these photos,” “I will miss him so much,” and “V’s so caring how he posted these photos for his fans.”
Meanwhile, V will be enlisting in the military in the middle of this month along with RM, Jimin, and Jungkook. RM and V will enlist according to their respective procedures, while Jimin and Jung Kook are scheduled to enlist together.
Jin, J-Hope, and SUGA are currently in the process of fulfilling their mandatory service obligations. Jin, the eldest member of BTS, enlisted in December 2022, and J-Hope enlisted last April. SUGA has been performing alternative military service as a social worker since last September. Jin is scheduled to be discharged in June 2024.
