Kim Taehyung, aka V of BTS, makes his first appearance at the Billboard Global 200 (excluding the US).
In anticipation of Taehyung’s solo debut album “Layover,” the B-side tracks “Love Me Again” and “Rainy Days” were pre-released, offering the public a delightful preview of his forthcoming album.
With these tracks, Taehyung became the first Korean soloist to debut two songs simultaneously in the Top 10 of the Billboard Global 200 chart, excluding the US chart, with “Love Me Again” at #6 and “Rainy Days” at #8.
“Layover” is a visual album containing music videos for all five tracks that would tell one story when watched in album order.
The music video for its title track, “Slow Dancing,” will be released on September 8th, simultaneously with the full album.
