Kim Taehyung, aka V of BTS, proves that he hasn’t forgotten the bonds formed during his military service
On July 28, it was revealed that Taehyung had briefly returned to South Korea for a work schedule after spending time in Los Angeles with his BTS groupmates, where they had been working on their upcoming album.
While the exact date of his arrival remains unknown, several updates surfaced on social media shortly after Taehyung shared a set of three photos on Instagram, teasing what appears to be an upcoming photoshoot or magazine cover feature.

Through a social media post, Taehyung was seen visiting his former comrades from the Special Duty Team (SDT), the elite Special Forces unit he served in during his military enlistment.
A group photo shows him posing with several SDT members, all dressed in black, in front of a red brick building. Taehyung later confirmed on Weverse that he had visited a junior who had just been discharged.

Another set of photos emerged on theQoo taken over the weekend, shared by a fan who had kept them private until Taehyung publicly confirmed his return to Korea.
In one photo, Taehyung is seen holding a child’s hand outdoors; in another, he smiles warmly while carrying the same child indoors.

Taehyung’s thoughtful visit to his junior, despite his demanding schedule and global fame, is a true reflection of his sincere heart, and one of the many reasons those around him so deeply love him.
He is expected to return to Los Angeles after completing his work commitment in South Korea to reunite with his groupmates as they continue working on their upcoming album.
