Kim Taehyung, aka V of BTS, has fun promotions planned ahead of the release of his solo debut album “Layover.”
On August 27, the official accounts of “Dingo Story” announced Taehyung’s upcoming participation in their program. In accordance with the show’s concept, he will surprise a fan and spend a day with them.
This eagerly anticipated episode is scheduled at 6 PM KST on August 31, and will be released on their YouTube channel.
“Dingo Story” is a show with a beautiful concept in which a family member or friend sends a request for their loved one who is struggling in some way.
The team at “Dingo Story” then sets up a surprise meeting with their favorite celebrity. The celebrity spends some time encouraging them and cheering them on, much like a friend. They guide them and provide helpful advice.
Upon hearing the news, ARMYs expressed their excitement and praised the show’s concept as “beautiful,” while others playfully joked about being jealous of the lucky fan who would get to spend a day with Taehyung.
Meanwhile, Taehyung’s solo debut album, “Layover,” with its title track “Slow Dancing,” is set to be released on September 8th. The physical albums are currently available for pre-order on stores worldwide.
