
On January 20, the offline exhibition “V TYPE 非: ON-SITE IN SEOUL” officially opened at Frieze House Seoul in Jung-gu, Seoul.
The exhibition celebrates the release of “TYPE 非,” the latest photobook by V of BTS, which was released globally on January 19 through Weverse Shop and other major retailers.
“V TYPE 非: ON-SITE IN SEOUL” invites visitors into a thoughtfully curated space that reflects V’s ever-evolving artistic identity. Centered around the concept of “非 (non-fixed)”, the exhibition transforms this philosophy into an immersive spatial experience,


Following the narrative flow of the photobook, visitors move through a series of exhibition and media zones that explore shifting moods, perspectives, and visual chapters.

Through a three-dimensional, sensory-driven format, the exhibition offers an intimate look into V’s gaze, sensitivity, and artistic depth, allowing audiences to engage with his work on a deeper level.


Unreleased photos and videos, revealed exclusively at the venue, further enrich the experience. The exhibition runs through February 1 at Frieze House Seoul and holds special significance as the first photography exhibition ever hosted at the space.


On the day of the opening, V made a surprise visit to the exhibition, taking time to admire the gallery and personally sign parts of the display. He later shared moments from his visit on Instagram.




One lucky fan who met V at the venue recounted their warm interaction, sharing that he briefly chatted with her and took a photo together.
