Kim Taehyung, aka V of BTS, is scheduled to be discharged from the military on June 10, and fans are celebrating the end of his service in a meaningful way.
Fans have donated to causes dear to their hearts to honor Taehyung’s return and spread kindness in his name. These donations have supported a range of initiatives, including Pride Month campaigns, programs for underprivileged children, and community welfare projects.
The fanpage ‘THV GIRLS GIVE’ celebrated Taehyung’s upcoming discharge on Pride Month with a $2,000 donation to the Human Rights Campaign (hrc.org).
The fanbase ‘BTS V BANGLADESH’ donated to SOS Children’s Villages Bangladesh, a nonprofit organization that provides protection, education, and family-based support for vulnerable children and families.
Malaysian fanbase ‘Taehyung Malaysia’ made donations in his name to two Malaysian NGOs: Generasi Gemilang, which empowers underserved children through improved literacy and nutrition, and Dignity for Children Foundation, which provides holistic care and education for marginalized and urban poor children in Kuala Lumpur.

Turkish fan page ‘BTSV TURKIYE’ donated to HAYTAP, an animal protection coalition formed by five animal organizations in Türkiye, to celebrate V’s discharge and BTS’s upcoming comeback.
Turkish fanpage ‘Vante Blogs’ donated to LÖSEV, a Turkish NGO supporting children with leukemia since 1998.
