IVE’s Jang Wonyoung is definitely one of K-Pop’s “IT Girls,” with her unreal visuals, talent, and charm. Recently, the idol gained attention after her hilarious reaction when she couldn’t remember the title of a classic BTS song.
IVE has just released their new track “I AM,” and unsurprisingly, all the members shined, and Wonyoung gained attention for her stand-out moments and “CGI-Like” visuals.
While Jang Wonyoung is known for her visuals and talent, the idol gained attention for her charming charisma during a recent variety show appearance.
To promote their new track, “I AM,” the members of IVE appeared on MMTG with host JaeJae.
During the video, the members and JaeJae took part in a music game where they had to guess the songs after hearing a snippet of the track.
At one point, the familiar tones of BTS‘s 2016 hit song “Blood, Sweat & Tears” was played for the members. Even in 2023, it’s one of the most recognizable songs, and even those who don’t stan BTS know the track.

When the song started playing, it wasn’t surprising that several of the members and JaeJae seemed to know the song. Yet, Jang Wonyoung’s excitement and passion had her picked as the first person.
Adorably, instead of saying the song title, Wonyoung started singing the iconic line in the song. Before JaeJae could steal Wonyoung’s chance, the idol explained, “I know the song, but not the name of the song.”
It wasn’t surprising that she was getting frustrated, as it’s something many people have probably faced.
Luckily, JaeJae could see that Wonyoung was struggling and decided to help, adding, “Okay, let me edit your answer.” The response from the host seemed to make Wonyoung smile as she replied, “Please edit your student’s answer.”
After singing the song’s point lyrics for a while, JaeJae tried to help the young idol even more. She explained that the lyrics from the song that she’d heard were J-Hope’s part, adding, “I’m sure it was J-Hope’s voice,” before moving to a clip of the group performing the song.
With this help, Wonyoung finally managed to identify the song, adding, “Oh, ‘Blood, Sweat & Tears.’”
When the video was posted online, netizens loved how hyper and carefree Wonyoung was being. Some even joked that she was in her “Jungkook” era as BTS’s maknae is known for his meme, “I know her face, but I don’t know her name.”
While Jang Wonyoung is beautiful, her personality is also very endearing, and when she is allowed to shine, she captures the hearts of netizens worldwide.
