A popular Youtube channel in South Korea, called 숏박스 Short Box (2.4M subscribers), released a comedy sketch that has gained over 3.3M views and was trending at #1 on South Korean Youtube.
The comedy show is called Short Box, and in this episode, there was a scene that gained lots of attention. A group of people enters the store and have a funny moment of asking for “Jin Ramen” because they like BTS’s Jin. One of the characters even sang the outro sound from the Ottogi commercials, which Jin also sings at the end of each advertisement.

It demonstrates that Jin’s special campaign with Jin Ramen is a part of the mainstream trend in Korea. There’s Jin Ramen advertising anywhere you go in Korea. More than that, Ottogi became a part of the 3 trillion won club, achieving the highest number of sales ever.
