Fans of BTS member Jungkook are mobilizing large scale support ahead of his comeback stage in Seoul.
Jungkook’s Chinese fan club, Jungkook China, has organized an extensive advertising campaign centered around Gwanghwamun to celebrate the upcoming performance on March 21.
From March 16 to 22, a massive digital billboard at the LumiMedia display in central Gwanghwamun—measuring approximately 22.2 meters wide and 30.5 meters high—will run fan ads more than 70 times daily. Additional promotions include CM pillar screens at Gwanghwamun Station (March 15–29) and a giant LED billboard at the Koreana Hotel intersection (March 20–22).
Korean fan group Jungkook Supporters is also participating, placing ads across key Seoul locations including media walls at KT Gwanghwamun buildings, large scale displays at Cheonggye Hanguk Building, and other prominent outdoor screens.
Jungkook’s popularity in China remains strong. To mark his military discharge, fans previously ran simultaneous celebratory ads across more than 35 cities—including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, and Hangzhou—featuring hundreds of large screens. They also operated a themed bus wrapped with his images near HYBE’s headquarters.
Further domestic support included large scale ads at COEX Mall’s S LIVE and C LIVE screens, along with food truck events in front of the HYBE building. Notably, “Jungkook China” has carried out over 30 global support projects for his birthday and even organized fireworks events in Busan’s Haeundae and Seoul’s Han River for two consecutive years, highlighting the fandom’s global scale and dedication.
