BTS’s J-Hope has made history by becoming the first K-pop soloist to sell out a stadium concert in the United States.

His solo world tour, ‘Hope on the Stage,’ included two sold-out performances at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles on April 4 and April 6, 2025. Across these two nights, 46,236 tickets were sold, achieving a 100% sale rate.

So far, all shows in Seoul, Brooklyn, Chicago, Mexico City, San Antonio, Oakland, and LA have sold out, and with the upcoming tour across Asia, the total audience is expected to reach 500,000.

This milestone follows many of J-Hope’s achievements as a solo artist. Korean netizens have become impressed with his latest feat and gathered in popular online communities to celebrate this achievement.

They commented:

“This is so crazy.”

“I’m so proud of our Hope.”
