Another dating rumor involving BTS’s V has stirred online chatter, leaving many Korean netizens exasperated.
The speculation centers on Lee Jung, a dancer and former member of Just Jerk, after the two were reportedly seen together at Tyler, the Creator’s 2025 concert at KINTEX in Ilsan. Videos shared on social media showed V and Lee Jung glancing at each other before quickly averting their gaze once they seemed recognized by the crowd.
Fans quickly jumped to conclusions, interpreting their brief interaction as confirmation of a possible relationship. Lee Jung’s Instagram was flooded with comments urging her to “clarify” the rumors.

Korean netizens expressed frustration over the repeated targeting of female celebrities in such rumors, highlighting a pattern of overzealous fandom behavior.
They commented:
“V fans are always so aggressive; it’s exhausting to see female celebrities being dragged into this.”
“Why do some fans feel the need to attack others over baseless dating rumors?”
“This fandom has been doing the same thing for years, picking fights and spreading rumors about other members’ associates.”
“Lee Jung isn’t even dating anyone; the media coverage and fan harassment are over the top.”
“Is it because they danced together?”
“Just have all the BTS fans collectively apologize to Lee Jug. Stop writing these self-justifications. Among the three, Jimin’s fanbase is supposedly the worst. But there are three that are the same.”
“Other fans, seeing BTS fans fight among themselves, don’t even care anymore lol.”
“They call others malicious fans, but don’t realize they themselves are malicious.”
“Seeing different reactions to the same group and controversy, you can honestly guess who the fans are here. Makes it hard to fully trust the comments or arguments.”
“I’m so tired of this fandom.”
“Lee Jung is just a friend. Geez. Leave her alone.”
“If they demand direct clarification of dating rumors, they’re clearly not V fans.”
“These fans need to stop.”
“ARMYs acting crazy again.”
“Sigh, again?”
