Kim Taehyung, aka V of BTS, is receiving much love for his highly-anticipated debut album.
Days ahead of its official release on September 8, Taehyung’s solo album ‘Layover‘ has already surpassed 200,000 pre-orders on Ktown4u, one of the most prominent K-pop stores for international fans.
He joins the 2020 album ‘Map of the Soul:7” as the only BTS albums to achieve this sales milestone on the platform.
Three CD album versions and one Weverse album version were released for ‘Layover,’ and all versions include fun contents such as photobooks, lyric books, posters, photocards, and more goodies for fans to enjoy.
As the release of ‘Layover’ approaches, more exciting promotional activities have been unveiled.
On September 4, it was announced that Taehyung will perform “Slow Dancing” and “Love Me Again” on the Japanese program CDTV, which will air live on September 18.
Additionally, he will make a guest appearance on ‘Suchwita (Time to Drink with SUGA).’
“Layover” will be released on September 8, consists of five songs and a bonus track, including the title track “Slow Dancing.” The physical albums are currently available for pre-order on stores worldwide.
