Netizens have noticed more instances in which aespa Winter’s tattoo is clearly visible.
On an online forum, netizens pointed out that two of aespa’s official music videos released in 2025 include scenes in which Winter’s tattoo is clearly visible and permanently captured on screen. The tattoo, which has drawn attention as what viewers believe to be a matching ‘couple tattoo’ with BTS Jungkook, has remained on many fans’ radar since the dating scandal first broke.
According to onlookers, Winter’s tattoo can be seen in aespa’s “Dirty Work” MV as well as the “Rich Man” MV.

Netizens have commented that the placement of the tattoo on her arm is a “place where it is easily visible,” noting that it appears openly in official works such as the group’s music videos.
Based on these observations, some fans believe that Winter got the tattoo sometime in April of this year.
Meanwhile, certain netizens have criticized Winter for “permanently ingraining the private relationship in her professional work,” while others argue that most people should be “fine” with Winter dating, given the many years aespa has built as a near veteran idol group. Some have also remarked that if the tattoo is indeed a matching one, it might be “better to simply date out in the open.”
In a similar vein, many netizens have pointed out that while the situation itself may be considered “big news,” the tattoo appearing in music videos does not seem to be “such a big deal.”
On another community forum, netizens noted that Jungkook has freely attended G-Dragon’s recent concert, appearing publicly in a way that suggests he is enjoying himself without much concern.
Given Jungkook’s visibility and reports of him attending the concert even amid the issue, commenters argued that “had it been Winter who was seen enjoying herself” so openly and caught on camera during the current controversy, she would have been “punished by netizens a lot more,” pointing out a possible ‘double standard’ applied to female idols.
More reactions include:
“If this is how it’s going to be, just go public with the relationship lol”
“If you got a tattoo so people would notice, you might as well just publicly date”
“I think people are being too harsh”
“I don’t agree with mocking, but openly walking around with a couple tattoo like that would get comments even if you were a regular person”
“What’s illegal about dating? You can date and you can get tattoos. Why mock someone just for showing it?”
“They won’t acknowledge the relationship, but they want to hint at it and leave proof”
“Impressive lol”
“This is honestly fascinating… the fact that they decided to permanently engrave something that’s basically proof of dating onto a lifelong career”
“I don’t really want to say anything bad about Winter… but since they’re in the same group, it reminds me of how Karina’s dating rumor was handled, and I feel badㅠ”
“If it’s to this extent, why can’t both of them just be honest with fans?”
“Even if they weren’t idols, a regular person with a couple tattoo would still get comments, but they have lawsuits as an option”
“They’ve been dating for years, they can love each other. They can show it. I hope people don’t attack them too much….ㅠ”
“If you want to show the tattoo so badly, just go public with the relationship”
“It’s permanently stamped into their work forever…”
“It’s not a crime, so it’s not something to attack them over, but honestly, showing it off that much isn’t really beneficial for them as an idol either, is it?”
“They’re idols, but they can date, and they’re free to do whatever they want, but a couple tattoo might be one of the most intense things in dating rumor history”
“ㅠㅠㅠ She’s getting attacked more because she’s a female idol….. who suggested doing this?”
“At least cover it”
“If they just openly dated from the start, they probably would’ve gotten less hate”
“But seriously, if a video of Winter acting like that at a concert had surfaced, Twitter, communities, and YouTube would’ve united as one and absolutely dragged her”
“If Winter did that, she’d be completely buried. Male idols really have it so easy”
“Being a female idol is the crime. She gets torn apart just for turning Bubble on, and meanwhile male idols can jump around and have fun at concerts like nothing. Yep, misogynistic society”
“Winter gets ripped apart just for turning Bubble on, but if she did what Jungkook did, she’d be buried alive”
