BTS dominates global Fashion Weeks, generating 39 million USD in media value

By A.R.M.Y AllKpop 15/10/2025

BTS has unequivocally solidified its influence across the global fashion landscape, transitioning their star power far beyond the music industry.

The members attended the most recent ‘2026 Spring/ Summer Collections‘ across key fashion capitals, including New York, Milan, and Paris. Each member was invited to shows by world-renowned luxury houses, showcasing their established roles as brand ambassadors: RM for Bottega Veneta, Jin for Gucci, Jimin for Dior, V for Celine, and Jungkook for Calvin Klein.

According to a report by the influencer marketing platform ‘Lefty,’ the group generated an Earned Media Value (EMV) of 39.26 million USD (approximately 56 billion KRW) during this Fashion Week period. ‘Lefty’s’ EMV is a metric that converts the analysis of social media reach, engagement, and brand exposure effects into a monetary value. It is used as a measure to evaluate the influence of a specific individual.

Jin and RM ranked 2nd and 6th, respectively, among the ‘Top Influencers’ at Milan Fashion Week. V and Jimin secured the 3rd and 10th spots in the ‘Top Influencers’ list for Paris Fashion Week.

Jungkook’s attendance at the Calvin Klein show alone was shown to have generated an EMV of 7.44 million USD (approximately 10.6 billion KRW). This amounts to 30% of the brand’s total media value.

The survey results from ‘Onclusive’ also demonstrated the members’ buzzworthiness. Jin, RM, and Jimin were among the most mentioned individuals on social media during their respective Fashion Week periods.

J-Hope, who attended the 2025 Autumn/Winter (A/W) Collection as a Louis Vuitton ambassador last January, generated an EMV effect of 6.68 million USD (approximately 9.5 billion KRW).

The group’s agency commented, “BTS has exerted influence beyond music to fashion and culture as a whole. They have established themselves as leaders of global trends.”

Meanwhile, BTS is currently working on a new album with the goal of a comeback next spring. They are also planning a large-scale world tour.
