BTS Jimin’s father has been revealed to have been doing amazing deeds for the community in the superstar’s hometown, Busan, South Korea.
According to Nam District, Busan, it was revealed on September 3 that Jimin’s father has been consistently donating food for low-income households in the region over the past three years since September 2020. It was said that the amount of food he has donated has amounted to over 100 canned tuna gift sets and 5,250 boxes of instant noodles which concerts to approximately 75.95 million KRW (approx. US$57,650).
It is also reported that Jimin’s father had visited the Nam District’s district office earlier on August 25 and donated over 5 million KRW (approx. US$3,800) in the name of his son Jimin, and is said to be also making donations this coming Chuseok.
While Jimin and his family were not from Nam District, Jimin’s father is currently operating a cafe in the said district.
