Broadcaster Jung Joon Ha has once again proven his expansive network on his variety show “Joona Tour Season 5”, where Kim Seok Joong, the older brother of BTS member Jin, made a surprise appearance.
On June 16, a new video titled “A 2-day, 1-night trip to Gapyeong’s coolest spots to blow away the heat with the Joona Tour members that only Jung Joon Ha could gather” was uploaded to the YouTube channel “Jung Joon Ha Ha Ha”. The video captured a lively trip to Gapyeong planned entirely by Jung Joon Ha.
This edition of the ‘Joona Tour’ boasted a star-studded lineup from various industries, including traditional liquor sommelier Dr. Jeon Jin Ah, chef Myung Hyun Ji, singer Junggigo, former Baby V.O.X members Lee Hee Jin and Shim Eun Jin, and dancers J-Black and Mary. Among these prominent figures, Kim Seok Joong joined as a special guest, instantly capturing the viewers’ attention.
While introducing him, Jung Joon Ha proudly shared, “His younger brother is BTS’s Jin.” In response, Kim Seok Joong gave a shy smile, creating a warm atmosphere. Netizens particularly noted that his facial features and overall aura bore a striking resemblance to his superstar younger brother.
According to details previously revealed on the YouTube channel “Wassup Man”, Jin’s older brother Kim Seok Joong currently runs his own restaurant. The two brothers have consistently shown off their tight-knit bond, with Jin notably serving as the main host for his older brother’s wedding back in 2020.
