As the death toll from the earthquake in Turkey and Syria exceeded 22,000, Taehyung’s global fans added strength to the efforts to recover from the disaster.
Inspired by their kind idol, they shared warmth by donating to earthquake victims and rescuers in Turkey and Syria.
Taehyung’s Korean fanbase announced that they had donated to the local relief organization ‘Anatolia People’s People’s Peace Foundation (AHBAP),’ a non-governmental organization (NGO) in Turkey.
His Spanish fanbase donated to the Turkish non-governmental organization Humanitarian Relief Foundation ‘IHH,’ which provides food and supplies, helping rescuers.
Taehyung’s Malaysian fanbase donated to the ‘PUBLIC GOOD’ campaign to help the earthquake victims and shared their thoughts and prayers for the victims.
His Philippine fanbases also said, “To help those affected by the Turkey and Syria earthquakes and rescue workers, they donated to ‘PUBLIC GOOD’ in the name of Kim Taehyung.”
Fans are continuing to contribute to donation activities to help the locals.
Taking part in meaningful projects is a common practice among Taehyung’s fanbase, who try to emulate their idol’s kind nature. They recently donated to more than 70 charities for his recent 27th birthday.
