BTS’s J-hope has caused a stir online with a comment made during a recent Weverse Magazine interview that shocked many netizens while sparking mixed opinions among his fandom. Specifically, through an article titled “J-Hope’s Playlist,” Weverse showcased the songs the BTS artist recommends to his fans to help them relax and have a fulfilling time.
These recommendations include hits like Lil Wayne’s “How To Love,” Rihanna’s “Diamonds,” Gigi Perez’s “Sailor Song,” John Mayer’s “Slow Dancing In A Burning Room,” “Alright” by Gracie Abrams, “Freedom” by Pharrell Williams and “CIRCLE” by CODE KUNST (Feat. Crush). What really stood out, however, was when BLACKPINK’s Lisa was mentioned alongside one of her most beloved hits from her album Alter Ego, “New Woman.”
The reason that has generated debate and joy for many others is the frequent fight between Armys and Blinks when some type of interaction or mention occurs between their favorite artists. However, this does not seem to matter to J-Hope and does not stop him from openly talking about good music.
While some fans were disappointed that J-hope didn’t mention or recommend his bandmates’ songs, another segment was thrilled with the recommended playlist.
