BTS’s Jungkook treated fans to a cooking-and-eating livestream.
On September 28th(KST), Jungkook went live on Weverse with a broadcast titled ‘Because I’m Hungry.’
That morning, he revealed his breakfast preparation process, choosing truffle cream pasta for the menu. After sharpening his knife, he sliced onions and mushrooms with skillful precision, drawing admiration. He then stir-fried the vegetables, added pasta water, butter, milk, and truffle oil, tossed in the pasta, and topped it with freshly grated cheese.
The pasta, which looked as if it could be served at a restaurant, showcased Jungkook’s impressive cooking abilities. He then dove into his meal, explaining, “I turned on the live to cook and eat at the same time.”
Jungkook recalled, “Recently, I went to a restaurant and had truffle pasta. The noodles were exactly like this. It was delicious, so I tried making it myself. It’s not exactly the same, but it tastes more similar than I expected. It’s so good. Even though I made it, it turned out well. The seasoning is perfect for me.”
For dessert, Jungkook made toast. Cracking an egg with one hand, he playfully asked, “Isn’t this cool?” He then whipped up soft scrambled eggs, spread butter and strawberry jam on toasted bread, and finished with a mouthwatering presentation.
He added with a laugh, “It might be the most dangerous taste—the one you already know,” before quickly devouring his dessert.

In between bites, Jungkook also updated fans on his fitness journey: “I shouldn’t be eating this… I’ve been working hard to lose weight. These days, I’ve cut out soda and coffee. I only drink sparkling water—no cola or Sprite.”
He added that he planned to go running by the Han River that evening: “I need to exercise. I have to stay healthy. I should walk and run.”
Meanwhile, BTS is preparing for a full-group comeback scheduled for next spring.
