BTS’s Jungkook speaks out in anger over concert sound issues

By A.R.M.Y AllKpop 27/04/2026

BTS member Jungkook expressed frustration over a sound issue during the group’s recent concert.

On April 26, Jungkook took to his personal SNS, saying, “Yesterday’s ‘Magic Shop’ sound issue is real. Don’t worry. We’ll fix it starting today.” He added, “I’m sorry to ARMY who came to the show yesterday. I’m angry too,” openly sharing his frustration.

BTS is currently holding their ‘BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN TAMPA’ concerts at Raymond James Stadium in Florida, running from April 25 to 28.

During the first show on April 25, a sound malfunction occurred while performing “Magic Shop,” making it seem as if Jungkook had missed notes or was singing off-key. After the stage, he re-sang his part a cappella, impressing the audience with his live vocals.

This marks BTS’s first U.S. concert in about four years since ‘BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE’ in Las Vegas in April 2022. Local broadcasters have also taken notice, FOX 13 Tampa Bay aired a special program highlighting BTS’s global impact, while 10 Tampa Bay News reported the concerts could generate an estimated $800–900 million in economic impact for the region.

Meanwhile, BTS will continue their North American tour on May 2 and 3 at Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso, marking the first solo concert by a Korean artist at the venue.
