BTS‘s Suga is currently on the third concert of his SUGA | Agust D D-DAY world tour, this time bringing the high-energy show to Newark, New Jersey.
Before embarking on his tour, Suga had fellow member Jimin on his YouTube show Suchwita as a special guest.
The two kept ARMYs entertained with their fun banter and close friendship, and fans couldn’t help but be amused when Suga asked Jimin multiple times to join him as a guest on his tour.

Suga continued to negotiate with Jimin, telling him to join him on stage to perform their song “Tony Montana” together.
Since Suchwita aired, Suga has hilariously shown he’s not taking no for an answer as he took his persuading to Weverse, nicknaming Jimin “Park Jimin Billboard Hot 100 #1 Singer, very cool, concert guest…“

Though ARMYs tried not to get their hopes up, they couldn’t help but feel optimistic after it was announced that Jimin would be attending the grand re-opening of Tiffany & Co.‘s flagship store on Fifth Avenue in New York, conveniently around the time Suga was performing in New York and neighboring state New Jersey.

While Jimin didn’t appear during the second night of Suga’s New York concert, he shocked fans after pulling up to Suga’s New Jersey show on April 29.
Fans inside the venue watched as a private car pulled up to the side of the arena and eagerly waited to see the VIP guest. Once ARMYs spotted Jimin’s familiar build, the fans in the surrounding area understandably went wild, cheering as he entered the venue.

There was little doubt left that Jimin was in the building, but it was confirmed that he was there to cheer on his hyung when Suga gave him a special shout-out during the show, and immediately “regretted” it.

As the venue turned to the maknae-line member, leaving it difficult to hear anything but supportive screams, Suga hilariously attempted to redirect ARMY’s attention to him by asking the crowd to focus on him since it was his concert.
The cheers continued as Suga jokingly asked again for the crowd’s focus to go back on him.

Of course, the hilarious moment was all good fun, and it was an unforgettable surprise for the ARMYs in attendance as they got to see both Suga and Jimin.
