An unexpected guest at BTS V‘s recent schedule has left ARMYs shocked.
V has finally made his debut as a solo artist with the album Layover. As a part of his promotional activities, the singer is appearing on popular music shows, including Mnet‘s M Countdown on September 14.

On September 12 (KST), V appeared at the pre-recording of M Countdown. As usual, fans showed up at the venue to support the idol.

Some of the fans who were present at the venue shared updates from the filming and revealed that a surprise guest appeared on stage with V. The singer reportedly appeared with his pet dog Yeontan!

An audience member offered a detailed account of Yeontan’s guest appearance at M Countdown, recalling that he retreated quickly after stepping out on the stage just a little. During the later part of V’s performance, Yeontan appeared on stage again, only briefly.

While addressing the audience, V said that Yeontan was less nervous during rehearsals but probably got scared in front of the audience.

Since Layover‘s teasers came out, fans and V have been jokingly treating it as Yeontan’s debut instead of the BTS member’s. He not only featured in multiple concept photos but also on the album’s cover, and even in the “Rainy Days” music video, by proxy.
