BTS members V and Jungkook, as well as actor Song Kang, have revealed their latest workout updates, drawing attention to their impressive physiques and dedication during military service.

On May 3, bodybuilder Choi Han Jin shared several selfies on his social media featuring the three celebrities at a gym. He commented, “The two young men my wife used to watch in videos are now in front of me. Their calm yet focused energy and sincere attitude toward training stood out. On top of that, their strength is excellent.”
Choi also praised their physical condition, saying, “Even without saying a word, their bodies showed how diligently they’ve maintained themselves during military service.”
In the photos, V and Jungkook pose in front of a mirror, showcasing their well-developed arm muscles. Compared to their pre-enlistment appearance, both idols show a visibly bulked-up physique, with V especially drawing attention for his mature, masculine visuals.
V, who enlisted on December 11, 2023, is scheduled to be discharged on June 10. Jungkook, who joined a day later, will complete his service on June 11. Song Kang, who enlisted in April 2023, is set to be discharged on October 1, 2025.
