HYBE might need to close their gyms because of another member.

Although V has parodied RM’s famous workout posts on Instagram Stories, he actually has been busy exercising too.

He even has held a Weverse Live from the gym.

V guested on IU‘s YouTube show IU’s Palette to promote his debut solo album Layover. During it, he revealed that he is in his learning era. So, IU asked him what he was learning these days, to which he replied working out.

First of all, I started working out.

IU followed up by asking what kind of exercises specifically. V revealed he has focused on weight training and cardio and has been exercising for four months already!

IU: What sort of exercise do you do?
V: Weight training and cardio. It’s been about four months since I started exercising.
IU: You do seem sturdy.
V: That’s not true.

V explained that he wanted to be healthy as he did his solo promotions. So, he has been regularly exercising!

IU: Are you preparing for your solo promotions?
V: I thought I should be healthy.
IU: Wow, you’re a professional.
V: That’s why I’m exercising regularly!

ARMYs have already noticed a difference in V’s physique this year. So, his hard work must be paying off!
