BTS member Kim Taehyung, aka V, stars in his cutest interview ever.
On March 29, fashion magazine ELLE Korea posted a video titled “Full of TAETAE moments breaking out of V, BTS V’s emoji interview” as part of their content featuring Taehyung as the cover star for their April issue.
Taehyung used emojis to answer 11 questions, including the highly debated topic among fans regarding his representative animal emoji – whether it is a tiger or a bear.
While K-pop idols have a single representative emoji, Taehyung’s strong duality has resulted in two emojis representing him – a tiger for his powerful “V” on-stage persona, and a bear for his cute side, which gained popularity after the release of “Winter Bear” in 2019. It’s been a popular ongoing debate on which side is superior.
The interview is also interspersed with unseen clips from his Fashion Film titled “No Vacancy” with the French luxury brand CELINE.
The Fashion Film showcases Taehyung’s chameleon-like ability to effortlessly embody any concept and express diverse personas, prompting ELLE Korea to describe him as a “Genre Destroyer.”
