Released on March 15, 2024, “FRI(END)S” is a pop-soul R&B track that captivated listeners with its heartfelt lyrics and Taehyung’s signature warm, soulful vocals.
The song’s narrative explores the desire to evolve a long-standing friendship into a deeper romantic relationship—cleverly hinted at through the track’s title wordplay, where “END” is bracketed within “FRIENDS.”
