Since BTS and comedian and late-night talk show host Jimmy Fallon first met, he and Jimin became fast friends! That night, Jimmy even rocked a headband of Jimin’s BT21 character CHIMMY. The two also hugged and joked about their similar names.
Since then, BTS has guested on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon many times, and Jimmy has only become more and more a fan of the group, particularly Jimin. He’s even flexed his BT21 merch on several occasions.
At the start of August, Jimmy Fallon asked his TikTok followers for song recommendations for him to learn. He suggested they learn it together and was open to any suggestions. He added in the caption, “Easy please.”

The next day, Jimmy Fallon updated by revealing “three finalists,” songs by Barbie actor Ryan Gosling, Taylor Swift, and Jimin. He asked for his followers to vote for the final pick.

On August 8, Jimmy Fallon revealed that “Like Crazy” by Jimin had won! He got to work immediately, but he confessed that it was not an easy song to learn, play, and sing.
