It is no secret that there is a very close bond between all the HYBE artists, and TXT‘s Yeonjun recently shared his experience of going for food with BTS‘s Jungkook after a recent awards show.
On September 12 (local time), TXT and singer Anitta absolutely slayed their performance at the 2023 VMAs and caught the attention of a lot of viewers worldwide.
After the event, HYBE’s founder, Bang Si Hyuk, shared videos showing that the members of TXT and BTS’s Jungkook had gone out afterward to celebrate the performance and also Yeonjun’s birthday.
After the craziness of the VMAs, Yeonjun still made sure to make time to chat with MOAs to celebrate his birthday and had a special live broadcast on September 14 (KST) while it was still late in America.
During the broadcast, Yeonjun shared his reaction when the staff members came and congratulated him on his birthday. The idol even joked that he was just eating and spacing out, and they suddenly appeared.
I didn’t have much time, and many staff members came and suddenly congratulated me on my birthday, so I was really touched. I was spacing off and eating when they all appeared and said happy birthday.

Although the members must have been tired from everything that happened that evening, Yeonjun added, “It was really nice, and I was touched.”
Of course, the TXT member also mentioned Jungkook as he had also attended the get-together, and Yeonjun explained, “Jungkook hyung also gave me more meat because it was my birthday.”
Of course, the bond between the TXT and BTS members is well known, and it wasn’t surprising when Yeonjun added, “He’s a really sweet hyung…thank you.”
As always, despite the difference in age and debut, BTS and TXT always have the cutest interactions and aren’t afraid to share their experiences with each other.
