Shim Hyung Tak’s wife, Hirai Saya, reacted to BTS Jungkook mentioning her during his recent live stream.
On June 3rd, Hirai Saya wrote on her social media about Jungkook’s recent live stream mentioning her. She wrote, “I was super happy and grateful for what happened recently. To be honest, I’m not familiar with K-Pop idols but BTS is the only group I love and Jungkook happens to be my bias. Mr. Shim is in the same boat. We both couldn’t believe if this was real or a dream.”
Hirai Saya also thanked the fans who pointed out the resemblance between her and Jungkook, and expressed her support for BTS and Jungkook. “I felt like I was dreaming because Jungkook himself acknowledged me. Thank you. In fact, I was surprised that many viewers and fans thought I looked like him because I never heard that I resembled him. And I feel sorry for BTS or Jungkook’s fans but I’m really grateful as what happened recently was full of Jungkook’s kindness. Thank you again and I’ll continue rooting for Jungkook and BTS.”
Previously on May 25th, Jungkook hosted a live stream to spend some time with fans. During that time, one fan mentioned Shim Hyung Tak’s wife, Hirai Saya, who recently garnered attention for resembling Jungkook. In response, Jungkook shared, “Oh, I saw… I saw the posts about Shim Hyung Tak’s wife. We do look alike.”
In other news, Shim Hyung Tak and his wife will hold a wedding ceremony in July of this year. They already registered their marriage but the ceremony will be taking place this July.
