Singer-Songwriter UMI Bids Farewell To BTS’s V As He Enlists

In November, American singer-songwriter UMI teased a collaboration with BTS‘s V. She reposted an Instagram Story he shared of himself recording in the studio, adding the intriguing caption, “loading…”

UMI shared the same post via her own Instagram Story, too, making it clear the two were working together.

The collab has yet to be released, but V enlisted alongside BTS leader RM for his mandatory military service on December 11.

UMI shared a video of V recording, adding a white heart and dove emojis. She tagged him on Instagram and X (formerly Twitter), bidding him farewell and promising to take care of their song.
