In March, Jon Batiste praised the musical talents of V and the BTS members during a #GrammysAsk interview on Twitter. He also revealed his connection to V. Batiste’s kind words made fans wonder if he would collaborate with V on the much-awaited mixtape.

After that, Batiste continued to praise V’s airport fashion and way of dealing with reporters when he and RM, Jin, Suga and Jimin headed to America. He also answered many of ARMY’s questions about how cool and kind V looks.
As for V, he considers Batiste his role model!
However, it was not until the Grammys that fans saw Batiste and V meet in person. Batiste then posted a snap together on Instagram.
