Suga’s first solo album of BTS under the stage name Agust D has enjoyed great success since its release in August 2016 .
After 4 years of waiting, his 2nd solo album titled D-2 was released in May 2020.
Since its release, D-2 has broken many records as a K-pop solo artist, including being the first album by a Korean solo artist to reach #1 on iTunes in all markets. major music school in which iTunes is present, or the first album by a Korean solo artist to enter the Top 15 on the Billboard 200 (where it debuted at number 11).
And recently, Agust D was able to add another record to his already impressive list thanks to the album D-2 !
As of September 16, D-2 has become the first album by a Korean solo artist to surpass 600 million streams on Spotify. The guy achieved this achievement in 847 days, which is about 2 years and nearly 4 months.
