As Kim Taehyung, aka V of BTS, prepares to celebrate his 29th birthday while serving in the military, fans are making sure he feels their love and support even from afar.
A stunning display of 70+ birthday banners has been organized in Chuncheon City, strategically placed near the Ssangyong Unit area and around the SDT (Special Duty Team) barracks where Taehyung is currently stationed.
This initiative, led by both Korean and global fans, will adorn the city streets from late December through the first week of the new year.
The project includes 50 streetlight banners arranged by the fanbases BTS V UNION and V INSIDE, while an additional 20+ tarpaulin banners were coordinated by NUNA V, KTH Supporters, and V INSIDE.
Each banner is beautifully designed with heartfelt messages such as “Happy Birthday, Taehyung!” and “Miracle of Winter V – Happy Birthday, Winter Boy!”
Strategically positioned along roads and training paths, these banners aim to greet Taehyung and his fellow soldiers during their morning routines, spreading warmth and joy in the winter season.
