Recently, BTS‘s Jungkook made a hilarious mistake when he accidentally revealed his private TikTok account using the name “Ian.”
While it may seem like he chose a random name, true ARMYs know that “Ian” holds a special meaning to Jungkook!
During BTS’s episode of Knowing Brothers, Jungkook revealed his stage name ideas that he almost chose when debuting. First, he shared the iconic name “Seagull” that many fans still joke about to this day.
Next, he shared some less well-known name ideas, including “Tattoo.” Though Jungkook ended up getting many tattoos years later, this name didn’t quite pass the test!
Lastly, he shared that “Ian” was another one of his stage name ideas that didn’t make the cut.
Jungkook even added the name to the BT21 universe where Ian is a member of AT21, BT21’s rival group.

Previously close with Cooky, he bares a strong resemblance to the pink rabbit. However, he’s a slightly different shade of pink and has black ears.
Previously, Jungkook even created a whole backstory concerning the two when expanding the BT21 universe.
