Kim Taehyung, aka V from BTS, made it onto multiple year-end lists with his heartfelt songs.
When Taehyung released his debut EP, “Layover,” he expressed on “IU’s Palette” that his desire was for people to listen to the whole album, not just the title track, so he poured equal dedication into the B-side tracks.

New York-based magazine Consequence of Sound featured “Slow Dancing” in their prestigious “200 Best Songs of 2023” list, while also highlighting “Love Me Again” as the most swoon-worthy single in their “2023 K-Pop Yearbook”.

The music platform Deezer has listed “Love Me Again” as one of the “Best 2023 Pop Songs” and “Biggest Hits of 2023 Globally.”
The piano version of “Slow Dancing” was selected among the Editor’s Picks for Amazon Music‘s “Best of 2023: K-pop” list.
Furthermore, “Rainy Days,” another track on “Layover,” claimed the highest rank among solo songs on Rolling Stone‘s “100 Best Songs of 2023” list.
